We understand that waiting for the confirmation of your business formation or tax identification number assignment can be frustrating. We would like you to consider the following before submitting a Status Inquiry.

1.  Standard Filing confirmations can take as long as 6 weeks depending the State of formation and the backlog of filings in that State.  We suggest you check your emails frequently or complete the status inquiry below.

2.  Express Filings can take as long as 10 business days to confirm. We check the status of Express Filings on a daily basis so you can feel comfortable knowing we will contact you as soon as we confirm the filing with the State. 

3.  Tax Identification Number Assignments are completed within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday. If you have submitted a request for a tax id and have not received a reply, please contact us below.

4.  You can request a specific status update below and someone will reply to you with the current status of your order. During our normal business hours you will receive an e-mail reply within a few hours. Otherwise we will reply to you on the next business day.
